Vic Home Choice designed and built 3 freestanding town houses in Mount Waverley for a property investor. We completed the project on time and on budget and with quality materials and workmanship that allowed the investor to sell them in a very short time.
Vic Home Choice had to overcome challenges such as the site preparation, the redesign of footings and the use of screw piles, the fall on land and the use of retaining walls.
The project featured hardwood stained staircases, Engineered flooring, square set cornices, porcelain floor tiles and wall tiles up to ceiling, mat vinyl wrap cabinetries, stone bench tops, and much more.
