An Architecturally Modern fully rendered 2 storey home in the bayside area. A true luxury home close to 60 squares. The home has excellent presence on the street with its front façade, professional landscaping and the front fence with electric gates. A great design that incorporates the outdoor with the living areas.

We were responsible for the project management for the owners since preliminary design stage till completion stage. The home design includes a great Entry with high ceiling, a view of the open staircases and the gas log fire place.

The home included luxury inclusions and quality workmanship such as large windows and doors, large porcelain tiles, metal spine staircases with quality hardwood steps, large void areas, large amount of glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails, gas log fire place, stone bench tops throughout, huge amount of cabinetries, quality engineered timber floors, and much more
