An Architecturally designed two side by side town house that we completed for one of our property developers in Bentleigh East – city of Glen Eira.
Definitely the project has added value to the street and we ended up with a satisfied property developer who decided to sell one of the properties and keep the second as an investment property.
Quality inclusions were used such as hardwood staircases, Engineered hardwood timber flooring, porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling, quality carpet, Matt vinyl wrap cabinetry and stone bench tops throughout, panel internal doors, 3 coats of paint and other quality inclusions.
