Unit Development
This Architectural designed unit development comprises 2 town houses on larger scale with double garages. Vic Home Choice carried out the project from the demolishing stage till turn key stage. The front and side facades had multiple claddings and needed quality workmanship to complete. Challenges were soil condition, suspended slab, structural steel, and logistics.
Definitely the project has enhanced the value of the street.
A lot of quality inclusions such as corner windows, fire places, metal spine hardwood staircases with glass balustrades, Australian spicy timber floors, quality wet areas, Merbau decking with timber roof, and much more.
