An Architecturally Georgian designed two town houses that we built for one of our property developers at Caulfield. The homes are built on a corner property with 2 facades. Modern homes but they still blend with Caulfield period homes.
Vic Home Choice has completed the project from the demolishing stage till a turnkey stage including landscaping and fences. Extensive use of mouldings with full render to all external claddings has given an excellent impression for richness.
The homes included quality inclusions and workmanship such as customized hardwood staircases, engineered timber flooring glued to slabs, porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling, quality carpet, Mat Vinyl Wrap Kitchen cabinetry, stone bench tops, Porcelain panel splash back, Miele kitchen appliances, solid panel 2340mm high internal doors, an much more.
