2 Georgian Contemporary custom designed homes that Vic Home Choice has built for a property investor on a large elevated block of land in Glen Waverley with prominent front facades.
Vic Home Choice carried out the work from the design stage till turnkey stage. Some of the challenges we faced were the fall on the land and the earthwork including retaining walls to 3 sides, custom design for the front and back landscaping with large stones. Another challenge was an outfall stormwater drain up to the corner of the street.
The 2 homes included quality inclusions and workmanship such as stone benchtops with water fall, quality Kitchen appliances, hardwood stained staircases, Engineered timber floors, Porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling in all wet areas, professional landscaping, exposed aggregates driveways, treated pine fences, and many more.
