This custom designed 2 storey home is an entertainer in the Mornington Peninsula area and consists of over 40 squares in total. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a large Alfresco overlooking the back yard.
We were responsible for the design work and the project management since preliminary stage till turnkey stage.
Some of the quality inclusions are hardwood stained staircases, porcelain tiles, quality carpet, stone bench tops, large area of Merbau decking, exposed aggregates concrete driveway and footpaths, and much more
